1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old and complete ID verification to use our platform.

2. Skill-Based Competitions

All tournaments and competitions on ClashLobby are based on player skill, not chance. We do not offer games of chance or gambling services. This is a skill-based tournament platform.

3. Fair Play

Cheating, hacking, or match-fixing will result in immediate account suspension. All players must adhere to our Fair Play Policy.

4. ClashPoints

ClashPoints are virtual credits used exclusively for tournament entry on our platform. They are not legal tender and have no cash value outside ClashLobby.

5. Payments & Transactions

All financial transactions are processed securely through licensed Nigerian payment processors. ClashLobby does not handle payment processing directly.

6. Third-Party Services

ClashLobby integrates with third-party payment processors for secure transaction processing. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these processors' terms of service in addition to our own.

7. Liability

ClashLobby is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or disconnections during tournaments.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable once participation begins.
