Refund Eligibility

  • Technical issues preventing tournament participation that are verified by our team
  • Duplicate transactions or unauthorized payments
  • Tournament cancellation by ClashLobby
  • Platform service unavailability for extended periods

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Voluntary participation in tournaments
  • Losses in skill-based competitions
  • Player disconnections or device issues
  • Change of mind after tournament entry
  • Violation of Fair Play Policy resulting in disqualification

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team within 24 hours of the issue. Provide transaction details and evidence supporting your claim. Refunds are processed as ClashPoints to your account wallet.

Bank Transfer Refunds

Bank transfer deposits that fail verification will be automatically refunded to the originating account within 3-5 business days.
